How CAD Can Help You Plan Your Dream Bathroom

Roman Bathrooms

Planning a bathroom is rarely a straight forward process as most homeowners will have come to realise if they have tried to re-design their own bathroom.

Having the right pipes in the right place can be tricky, especially when in most homes they often need to be upgraded to match a modern bathroom.  Apart from the plumbing, visualising how much space you need for that lovely walk in shower or statement bath can also prove to be a challenge.

Using a professional computer aided drawing (CAD) package, enables us to deal with all of these issues and more, as we can take any shape of room, work with the exact dimensions and add in the all the necessary pipework routes as we go.

It can make a world of difference to help us plan, especially when we have done a complicated site visit and come back to base with a multitude of annotated notes about where pipes go and obstructions.

Once we have your room as a starting point we can build your dream bathroom, knowing that it will all fit perfectly when we come to install.  The other major benefit is that it helps you visualise just how your new bathroom will look when complete.

Our package produces realistic 3D images as well as floor plans and elevations so that you can see all the detail of your bathroom.  Being able to see the whole room with all the products in place, the storage options and the floor and wall tiling, can make your dream bathroom come to life.

We present the finished visuals on our large screens in the showroom before signing-off on your project so you are confident that everything is just as it should be.

Investing in a new bathroom is a major decision and our customers want to make the right decisions.  We want to do everything we can to guide our customer through the process and ensure that they have all the information they need, these images are a great tool to assist in this process.

Why not call into the showroom and have a chat with one of our talented designers, they can show you some examples and explain more about the overall design process.  We look forward to seeing you soon.
