Designer Radiators for Bathrooms and Kitchens
Modern radiators are nothing like the standard white traditional steel panels of old. You can now choose a designer radiator that will not only heat your home but can select a material, style and colour that will add a touch of designer luxury.
We particularly love the contemporary glass and mirrored radiators that that are available in a range of striking colours, metallics or subtle satin finishes. These sleek flat panel radiators are suitable for many rooms in the home including the bathroom or kitchen. You can add splashes of colour to coordinate with others in the room, such as a bright red to liven up a white themed room. A reflective finish will make small spaces seem bigger and lighter.
The colours available are right on trend and we predict that the rose gold, which was Pantone colour for 2016, will be very popular this year.
If you want to be really creative you can opt for a special hand applied finish which provides added interest and texture to metallic and sculpted radiators.
You can add a mirrored panel to your radiator, have a curved shape or spirals, the opportunities are almost endless.
In the bathroom, the towel warmer can be combined with the radiator. These dual fuel options provide flexibility for utilising the warming element only in the summer for the towels via electricity or the heating from the radiator in the winter, or both.
Whilst you can now make your selection of radiators a fashion statement it must be remembered that its purpose is to provide heat. It is therefore important to get an accurate calculation for the heat output required in the room and to match the radiator accordingly. A qualified plumber or heating engineer should also be the only person to fit your radiator.
If your tastes are traditional then we also have a wide range of traditional styles to choose from. Manufactured from cast iron these can be plain or patterned and are now also available in a range of colours.
We have a good section on display in the showroom, why not call in and have a chat – we look forward to seeing you soon.
