A Modern Monochrome Kitchen
Our relationship with our clients Jane and Russell, has been built over 14 years and many different projects.
It’s always wonderful to hear back from happy clients and this time it was with a double brief, for a modernised kitchen with classic touches to complement their cottage-style home; and an en-suite bathroom for their main bedroom.
When the couple called us in, they were planning to remove their previous kitchen, which was now too dark and dated for their needs. They had fairly good ideas about what they wanted, so as always, we listened to their requirements, drew up plans and then tweaked things when they came in to visit us.
It was then just a case of booking the work in and watching their new-look rooms unfold.
Russell says, “The roll call so far covers 2 master bedrooms. 3 ensuites, 2 family bathrooms, 2 toilets, 2 bedrooms and 1 kitchen. We come back time and time again because Caroline and Claire offer a one-stop shop from start to finish – there are no ‘gaps’ in the service, which means you don’t have to worry about any part of the project.“In addition, Claire offers great attention to design details and the costings are excellent too. There are never any nasty surprises. The workmen are excellent – they’re polite, they tidy up every day and the work was finished on time. We just can’t fault what they offer.”
Russell and Jane chose a classic kitchen to complement the rest of the house. They kept the ‘feel’ fairly minimal, as they didn’t want clutter on show. The result is an updated, brighter kitchen they can enjoy well into the future.
